Atty. Arsenio A. Alfiler, Jr. has been the Corporate Secretary of Sun Savings Bank since June 2012.

Presently, he is a Partner in Corporate Counsels, Philippines Law Offices. He is also the Corporate Secretary of Forum Pacific, Inc., Producers Savings Bank and Philippine Estates Corporation.

Prior to joining Sun Savings Bank, he was an officer of Bancom Development Corporation, Union Bank of the Philippines, AsianBank Corporation, AB Capital and Investment Corporation and Asiatrust Development Bank.

He finished his Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration and Bachelor of Laws degree at the University of the Philippines in 1965 and 1971, respectively.
